5 STARS all the way! Gina’s place was perfect for a long weekend at OIB with the In-Laws. The house is very well laid out and really well decorated. Very clean and new feeling. We loved being on the canal, we launched our boat just down the road at the public ramp and were able to cruise the ICW all weekend. We also caught lots of keeper flounder right off the dock! The only problem I had is now my wife is wanting to buy a place just like it! –Johnson

We LOVED this property! It is fully stocked with everything you need, beautifully decorated, and perfect for families. It is clean and the rooms are spacious. Gina is a wonderful host and very responsive. We will definitely be back. –Christina
Amazing!
This place is perfect for anyone looking for a mid-sized house at OIB. The place is beautifully decorated and has great indoor and outdoor spaces. The dock is a great feature as we used it to go paddle boarding in the canal. The house was very clean and Gina was a great host. Would absolutely stay here again.–Kelly Ann

Beautifully furnished home. Quiet street. Comfortable beds & seating – lots of space! Best outdoor shower and outdoor seating, even on the floating dock! Fabulous screened in porch – perfect spot for coffee in am and wine in pm! Well-stocked kitchen. Very responsive hosts! 5 stars! –Susanne

Incredible Outdoor Spaces!
We booked a stay at Gina’s for a semi-last minute girls trip. Perfect space for all of us. We had plenty of room and we LOVED all of the outdoor spaces. Very tastefully decorated and had everything we could think of needing. It was so great to have beach chairs and the umbrella available so that we didn’t have to pack as much! –Donna
Spectacular Home & Location
We had a great week. Short walk to a wonderful beach and of course a water view of the canal behind the home. It is a very friendly neighborhood which definitely added to our OIB experience. Great communication with the owner, I highly recommend this home if you are looking to enjoy the water, beach, and all OIB and the area have to offer. –Jeffrey
